Core Exchange Policy

This Core Exchange Policy applies to any nFLOW product purchased with a core charge deposit, including remanufactured engines, cylinder heads, turbochargers, and other remanufactured components. It does not apply to purchases that do not include a core charge deposit.

Under the terms of this policy, as further detailed below, when you purchase a remanufactured product from nFLOW, LLC (nFLOW) that includes a core charge deposit, you are expected to return your existing core to nFLOW. If you do not return your existing core to nFLOW, by default you have then purchased that core from nFLOW. When nFLOW receives your core, it will be inspected by our technicians to ensure the core meets certain requirements in order to fulfill the terms of the policy outlined below.

  1. A refundable core charge deposit is included in the price of the remanufactured product you purchased from nFLOW. The refund of the core charge deposit is subject to timing, inspection, and approval as further described below.
  2. Your core charge deposit refund is dependent upon the timely return of your existing core to nFLOW. We request that cores be returned as quickly as possible, but in no event later than 30 days from your receipt of your nFLOW product. In the event you need more than 30 days to return your core, please contact a member of our sales and customer service team at 812-402-8282.
  3. The timing of the applicable refund outlined above will be based on tracking information of your return shipment to nFLOW. More specifically, the timing will be based upon the date the return label has been scanned by the shipping company.
  4. The core that you return to nFLOW should be for the same unit you purchased and must be complete and in fully assembled, rebuildable condition in order to receive the refund outlined above. The core should be free from visible or repaired cracks, holes or other significant signs of damage.
  5. Upon receipt of your existing core by nFLOW, it will be inspected by our technicians to determine it meets certain quality requirements in order for you to receive the refund outlined above. If the core does not meet certain quality requirements as determined by nFLOW, you may be entitled only to a partial refund or no refund at all of the core charge deposit.
  6. After purchase, you will be notified by nFLOW regarding shipping arrangements to return your existing core.
  7. Failure to adhere to any of the items outlined in this policy may result in the forfeiture of part or all of the core charge deposit.
  8. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
